If you have a dog with you, please make sure to keep them in the enclosed front patio only when off leash. Plenty of people walk their dogs around the neighborhood while on leash. Please be mindful! The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 9 PM. ★ PET-FRIENDLY FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $100 ★ Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation. They’ll enjoy and run around the spacious outdoor area while you relax in the hot tub. The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. PS: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with 2 cameras. You'll find a Ring camera installed at the front door and another positioned above the driveway. ★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★ We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments).
