Our condo is 1073 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a patio to relax on. We are able to accommodate 4 guests. *Master Bedroom 1 + Workspace + Bathroom : You’ll feel like you are in an upscale beach resort in this room. There’s a king-size bed that lies in the center of a stunning custom-built wall panel. There’s a workspace desk and comfortable chair, perfect for your work-from-home needs with high-speed WiFi. A smart TV with cable is in this bedroom. In this room, there is a custom-built sliding closet wall with lights and plenty of storage. The ensuite bathroom features a sink area, toilet, and walk-in shower complete with all your needs. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. *Bedroom 2 + Bathroom : A queen-size bed lies in the center of this fun and colorful bedroom room. The bathroom en suite includes a bath/shower, sink area, and toilet. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. Bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows. 
Bathrooms are complete with 1 bath and hand towel per guest and 1 black makeup towel per guest. For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. *Living Room : Spacious, comfortable, and luxe, you have plenty of room to relax with your group in the living room. Enjoy watching the cable or smart TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal login. You can also have fun playing classic games such as cards, rummikub, uno, and others! *Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 4 sits outside of the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience. Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or a french press. *Patio : Enjoy your morning coffee and kick back on the outdoor patio couch. *Pool, Gym, Hot Tub & Tennis Court: Just steps away from the pool, you'll have access to the condo's shared heated pool, gym, hot tub area, and an exclusive tennis court. The hours are 7AM to 10PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised. *Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, snowbirds, or families. You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet and we ask you to leave it this way. Thank you! We are available to guest via AirBnB messenger. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual. Located in the Biltmore area, this condo complex is situated in the best neighborhood for walking, golfing, biking, and running near the canal! Top restaurants, bars, and shopping is all just steps away. While this complex is large with many units, it tends to remain quiet for a relaxing stay. Getting around the area is easy! Whether you are renting a car from the airport or planning to come without a car, you're minutes from most of the necessities and desirable areas! Our complex is quiet with many full-time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors. There is one Ring camera in the front, outside the door of the condo. Please note: We love pets, but to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests, this property is pet-free.
